The carefully renovated stable and hayloft above are used for catering for up to 60 people in a charming, rustic environment. Five twin bedrooms and an apartment ideal for 4-6 people have been made out of the remaining part of the building.

There is a reading room with a fireplace. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, telephone, satellite TV and modem-fax connection. All rooms have been furnished carefully and discreetly, with particular attention paid to the details of the structure and the age of the building, using wooden furniture and wrought iron. The apartment is made up of a living room with a sofa bed, a large kitchen with all mod cons, a double room and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with all the fittings, full-body power shower and century-old stone sink.

Because we are situated between Emilia and Tuscany,it is easy to reach several important historic and cultural cities from the farm: Bologna (35 km), Florence (65 km), Ravenna (80 km), Ferrara (70 km), ecc.

There are many places of historic and cultural interest in the immediate vicinity, such as the museum and archaeological site at Monte Bibele (only 3 km away) featuring important Etruscan-Celtic finds dating back to the IV Century B.C.,the Via dei Molini on the Savena and the Idice, the Via Flaminia Minor and ancient Sanctuaries and rural villages.

The following places are of naturalistic interest: MARTINA PARK (adjoining the farm), MONTESOLE PARK, THE PARK OF GESSI BOLOGNESI E CALANCHI DEL'ABBADESSA (with important caves to visit with suggestive eroded furrow formations) and many others just a few kilometres away.

During your stay you may well spot many different types of wild animals such as wild boars, herons , porcupines, roe e deer.
